Cheryl Richardson has written a wonderful book called The Unmistakable Touch of Grace . This book talks about how to recognize the spiritual signposts in your life. She talks about how there are no coincidences and that every person that we meet and everything that happens is for a reason. She talks about setting goals, listening to your intuition, adopting new beliefs and putting it all into action. In the book, she gives many    examples of how grace has appeared in her life and I am sure that this will make you  realize how many times grace has appeared in your own life and you weren’t even aware   of it.
 
Oprah Winfrey recently had Larry Dossey, MD on her Soul Series. He has written a book called The Extraordinary Healing Power of Ordinary Things: Fifteen Natural Steps to Health and Happiness.  In the book he talks about the sources of healing that have been around for centuries from the power of optimism and tears to the surprising usefulness of dirt and bugs in curing diseases and infection. He also discusses the benefits of doing nothing and how music can play a part in healing.
